Whether it's a straightforward swap or a custom-sized opening, we handle the framing, weatherseal, and opener compatibility as one complete job.
We measure the actual opening, not just the old door's dimensions, since framing settles and shifts over years.
New door, new spring calculation, every time.
From basic weatherstripping to fully insulated panels with a meaningful R-value, we fit the door to your climate needs.
Compatibility gets checked before installation day, not discovered after.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
Steel remains the most popular residential choice for durability and price, and we stock common sizes for fast turnaround.
Insulated installs include R-value consideration matched to how the space gets used.
Older homes and converted spaces often need custom dimensions, which we handle as a standard part of the job.
Full removal and responsible haul-away of the old door is included with every new installation.
Call +1-831-293-1591 →A bundled opener and door installation ensures compatibility from day one instead of retrofitting later.
A quick call gets the installation process started with an on-site measurement scheduled.
The measurement visit confirms exact sizing before any door is ordered.
We confirm opening dimensions, spring sizing, and opener compatibility, then quote the full installation as one flat price.
The door is verified opening, closing, and reversing correctly before the job is called done.
“Custom size for our older home's opening fit perfectly, no gaps at all.”
“Resized the springs correctly for the heavier new door instead of reusing the old ones like the last quote suggested.”
“Balance tested it by hand after install and it lifts smooth as anything. Really thorough job.”
Most standard installations are completed within a single day, including old door removal and haul-away.
In many cases the existing opener works fine, but we verify weight and travel compatibility before confirming.
Steel is the most common choice, though we also install insulated and custom-material doors on request.
Custom sizing is a standard part of our installation service for older or non-standard openings.
Old door removal and responsible disposal comes standard with the installation service.
Pricing varies by door type and customization, quoted clearly once measurements are confirmed.
